Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation
 
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another once your order has been shipped. We ship your order the same day it arrives, or the next business day at the latest.
 
Delivery Times

Your order is shipped using New Zealand Parcel Post and delivery is usually between 1 - 3 days. At this time we only ship within New Zealand.  All items are in stock but should there be a problem with your order we will contact you immediately. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 days.
  
Damaged or Lost Items
 
We insure your package and in the unlikely event of it going missing a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded (your choice). Simply return the item in the same condition that you received it for a full refund or replacement.
  
Consumer Legislation 
 
As a New Zealand consumer your purchases are covered by the following legislation
  • The Fair Trading Act
  • The Commerce Act
  • The Sale of Goods Act
  • The Consumer Guarantees Act
In summary these require that all goods sold to you must match or exceed descriptions and specifications given by us. If they do not or the goods you receive ar e faulty you are entitled to a refund of your purchase price or a replacement of the item in question. Please note this doesn't mean you can ask for a refund if you have simply changed your mind.
