Dressmedolls recently had a stand at the Plunket Show in Lower Hutt, where we got to meet some lovely people and had received lots of nice comments about the dolls, and their outfits and accessories. One lucky lady also entered our competition and received this lovely blonde doll, complete with Floral Dress and Purse and a matching pair of white shoes for her little grand-daughter. It is always nice to see the dolls go to a good home, where they will be really loved and looked after for years to come. |

Things have been very busy here at Dressmedolls recently. I have been working with a furniture maker to create a clothes rack and dolls bed for the dolls. The dolls will be very pleased to finally have somewhere to hang their clothes! At the moment I am working on a mattress and matching sheet and pillow sets for the bed so be sure to look out for them in the furniture section of the website.

Well it is hard to believe it is March already! I am currently working hard on getting some new styles up. This has not been quite as easy as it sounds because I have also been working on the costumes for the Porirua Little Theatre's production of Oliver. There are some interesting period costumes to make and heaps of alterations to do. |
